Spotify also reveals that there was a 47% jump in streaming, between 6 AM and 9 AM.
According to Gaming head of YouTube Ryan Wyatt, the platform saw more than 1,000 channels breaking 5 million subscribers in 2020. Not only this, but 350 channels hit a whopping subscribers amount of 10 million, as claimed by Ryan.
In his blog post, he also wrote that the creators across the platforms saw a massive increase in audiences, viewership, and subscribers in the recent year. Part of the reason why gaming went booming in the current year was because of the on-going coronavirus pandemic.
